Our Peak Season at Yokum's Vacationland is March 1st through November 30th. Peak Season minimum stay requirements for Holiday Weekends include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day.
Off-Season is December 1st through February 28th.

The Family Cabins are located just south of Yokum’s Restaurant near the old Seneca Rocks schoolhouse, with a fantastic view of Seneca Rocks from all three decks. These are Yokum’s LARGEST cabins! While we have no wi-fi in our cabins, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time. They all have 2 bedrooms plus a loft, 1.5 or 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, central air, a fireplace, and a hot tub on the deck. Towels and linens all provided. Each cabin also has a gas grill on the deck. While there is currently no wi-fi, these cabins are perfect for relaxing with family. *Please note, Cabin N2 now has a gas fireplace.

The Fishermen’s Cabins are located along Route 55, just north of Yokum’s Restaurant and are situated above the North Fork of the South Branch of the Potomac River. These are Yokum’s oldest cabins and are best suited for hunters, fishermen, and families or groups looking for a more economical choice. All Cabins have either 1 or 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, a fireplace, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and living and dining area. Cabins 20, 23, 24 and 25 also have a loft. Towels and linens are provided. While there is currently no wi-fi, these cabins are perfect for relaxing with family.
Please note that cabins 21 & 22 and 24 &25 are duplex units. Each has a private entrance, but they are connected and share a balcony. They are great for a large group or family.
