Yokum’s Vacationland is located at the intersection of US 33 and WV 28. Please be aware that there is no cell phone reception in and around Seneca Rocks, and many Online maps and GPS units do not always put our location is the correct spot. You should bring directions or have a map as back up.

CHECK-IN
Check in for all cabins, motel rooms, bunkhouses, teepees and camping at the General Store, which is located at the intersection of US 33 and WV 28.

CANCELLATION POLICY/DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking. This is refundable until:
Cabins- 2 weeks prior to arrival date
Motel Rooms, Bunkhouses, and Teepees- 48 hours prior to arrival date
*Group Bookings (3 or more units of any type)- 30 days prior to the arrival date
*All Cabin units require a valid credit card number to be kept on file and used as a security deposit.

PRIVACY
Our booking engine, Gracesoft, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by Gracesoft to improve its service. Gracesoft never sells or shares your personal information without your permission.

SECURITY
We use Authorize.net to process credit cards. Authorize.net uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system hides your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. Our agents do not have the ability to view any credit card number on file. Authorize.net meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

PET POLICY
All Cabins are Pet Friendly at a $20 Per Night for Each Pet.
Please Note: Pets are not allowed in our motel rooms.
